Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)

What to expect during your training:

  • The training follows a dual system, meaning you will spend 2 days per week at vocational school and the remaining 3 days in our metal training workshop, where you will be supervised and trained by a master craftsman.

  • In our training workshop, you will learn the techniques of both cutting and non-cutting metalworking, and how to design, set up, and test jigs such as welding, assembly, and drilling fixtures, as well as special machines and production systems.

  • During your training, you will also help identify malfunctions and their causes, order or manufacture spare parts, and carry out repairs.

  • You will learn CNC machining (turning and milling) and pneumatics on the latest machines and equipment.

  • You will also create sketches and technical drawings, including using a CAD program.

  • In addition to your time in the training workshop, some training content will be taught and applied directly in our production areas.

What you bring:

  • By the start of your training, you have successfully completed your secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) or intermediate school diploma (Mittlere Reife).

  • You enjoy technical processes and are skilled in manual work.

  • You are interested in metalworking, its machinery, and production systems, and have good spatial awareness.

  • You are punctual, reliable, and enjoy working in a team.
