The program follows a dual study system, meaning you will alternate between theoretical phases at DHBW Bad Mergentheim and practical phases at the main location in Tauberbischofsheim.

What to expect during your studies:

  • In the theory phases at the university, you will acquire extensive knowledge in core business administration subjects.

  • Additionally, a key focus of the program is the development of intercultural competence.

  • Half of the theoretical training is conducted in English.

  • During the practical phases, you will get to know all relevant departments for your studies and the daily business operations.

  • You will also handle more complex tasks, such as preparing and attending trade fairs, participating in meetings or negotiations with dealers, preparing offers, or independently managing projects.

What you bring:

  • By the start of your studies, you have successfully completed your technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or high school diploma (Abitur).

  • You speak at least two foreign languages.

  • You present yourself confidently, communicate well, and are polite, sociable, resilient, and a team player.

  • Additionally, you are punctual and reliable.
