How is a Panto chair made? Children's TV programme at VS

During a visit by the children's TV programme ‘Sendung mit der Maus’ to VS, our PantoSwing-LuPo chair was the focus of attention. The production team was interested in the process of bending, welding and powder coating the tubular steel frame, and assembling the chair with seat glides and seat shell. Plastic parts. Plastic is used for small parts, e.g. handles and end elements, but also for seat shells. Seat shells on LuPoGlide and LuPoTurn chairs and the Panton family are made from polypropylene. Polypropylene is a particularly impact- and scratch-resistant material . Various plastic colours are available to choose from.

Important note. Material and colour charts produced by printing can deviate slightly from the original and the colours are not necessarily exactly true. The same applies to ink-jet or laser prints from PDF files. Information on colour systems (e.g. NCS, RAL, Pantone) are always approximate values.
