Active and mobile: the cantilever principle is reinterpreted here, JUMPER Ply Active springs forward. And that encourages ergonomic activity and a continuous change of sitting positions. When the upper body leans forward towards the table, the seat follows. This opens up the hip angle and straightens the spine. When you lean back in a relaxed position, the seat shell also tilts back, allowing the back to actively relax. The result is a dynamic and flexible sitting experience.

Sit and be uplifted: the JUMPER Air Meet is a cantilever chair that springs back. It is particularly suitable for furnishing meeting and conference rooms. When you lean back in the chair, it offers a pleasant rocking comfort that is further enhanced by the slightly flexible seat shell.

From sitting to standing: JUMPER Air/Ply Move (Plus) is specially designed for working at sitting/standing desks or for short meetings at standing desks. It has an extra-large seat height adjustment range for this purpose. An adaptable foot ring supports the raised sitting position. The feet The model is also available with the patented 3D rocking mechanism for dynamic sitting.

A classic four-legged chair like JUMPER Ply Four fits into many environments. It is equally at home at office meeting tables as it is in reception or waiting areas or cafeterias – an ideal multipurpose chair. It is also perfectly equipped for this. Its round steel tube frame is designed for robustness and durability. It is stable and proves to be extremely resistant in all situations. And that's exactly how the designer Jean Nouvel intended it: as a chair that can easily cope with whatever you want to do. At the same time, it offers a high level of comfort at all times.

Air-cushioned seat shell

The hallmark of the JUMPER Air is the double-walled air-cushioned seat shell made of fully recyclable polypropylene. Not only is it shaped to be particularly ergonomic and supports a natural position for the spine, Thanks to the pleasant air cushion effect, sitting on JUMPER Air remains very comfortable even over long periods of time and also ensures permanent temperature equalisation and thus a pleasant seating climate. The seat shell's fine nub structure provides a good grip. At the same time, the surface appears to be in motion, with the structuring causing it to change colour in interesting ways. Depending on the angle and the light, the seat shell appears different.

Moulded plywood seat shell

The ergonomically shaped seat shell of the JUMPER Ply is made of stained moulded wood. The natural material brings warmth into play, and the surface is pleasant to the touch. The seat is treated with water-based anti-slip varnish to stabilise the seating position in any position. The look and materiality of the wood are retained without restriction. The seat shell is attached to the tubular steel frame in a concealed manner, without compromising on seating comfort. The characteristic handle hole of the JUMPER Ply makes the chair easy to handle.

Upholstering

In addition, the JUMPER Air is also available with a padded seat: size L with seat cushion and size XL with all-round padding. Two-tone covers are also possible. This allows particularly appealing effects to be achieved. The JUMPER Ply is optionally available with a comfort seat shell XL, either with a padded seat or with firm all-round padding. JUMPER Ply with a standard seat shell L is only available without padding.

Our popular JUMPER Air/Ply Four four-legged chair is now also available with practical castors. This makes it mobile, versatile and yet stackable - perfect for flexible working and learning environments.

Seat shells of the JUMPER Air Active, JUMPER Air Four, JUMPER Air Level, JUMPER Air Meet and JUMPER Air Move chairs are made of polypropylene. Polypropylene is an especially shock-resistant and scratch-proof material. There is a choice of various colours.

Jean Nouvel – Individuality, creativity & dynamic

As customisable as our JUMPER is, its genesis also began in a very special way: Namely with a letter from our then Managing Director Dr Thomas Müller to Jean Nouvel. The French designer and teacher's son agreed and designed the new JUMPER student and contract chair together with us in close co-creation.
