Seminar room: Independent work benefits from a variety of workspaces, which can be chosen as needed in this seminar or upper-level classroom.

Classroom: Sometimes standing, sometimes sitting – in this classroom, there is a suitable workspace for every task.

Teacher workspace: Changing postures is good for the body. It also broadens the range of social interaction with colleagues in teacher workspaces.

Tea kitchen: The TriUnion provides just the right spot in the tea kitchen for a quick chat or a coffee break.

Collaboration on equal terms

We designed the TriUnion in three different heights, ensuring that students of all ages and teachers feel comfortable using it. For primary school, the TriUnion is available as a 88 cm high standing desk. Teachers can join in using our Hokki stool (with a seat height of 66 cm), allowing them to communicate at eye level with the students.

For secondary school, the TriUnion's 106 cm table height is ideal. In staff areas, a height of 120 cm is also suitable. The tables at 88 cm and 120 cm can be paired with height-adjustable high stools like the NF-Move-Plus or PantoMove-Plus, enabling the user to choose the most comfortable posture at any time.

Ergonomically recommended

We developed the TriUnion together with movement scientist Dr. Dieter Breithecker and learning space expert Karin Doberer. Standing at the TriUnion is particularly comfortable, which encourages users to incorporate standing phases into their work. This promotes a dynamic shift between different working postures and facilitates spontaneous teamwork with ease.

One of the most distinctive features of the TriUnion is its frame. Horizontal and vertical steel tube loops form an intricately designed tripod base. This creates two different heights for the surrounding footrest – suitable for people of different heights. The footrest encourages users to naturally shift between standing on one leg and resting on the other. This keeps the body in motion and relieves pressure on the back.

Mobile and versatile

The TriUnion is a true master of combinations. Its triangular tabletop allows for a variety of configurations. Thanks to its wheels, it’s easy to move and fits comfortably through any door with a 90 cm clearance. This makes it suitable for use across different classrooms. A second, third, or fourth TriUnion can be quickly brought in and just as easily rolled back to the side. It’s lightweight but impressively stable, robust, and durable—perfectly capable of withstanding the high demands of everyday school life.

Linking

A linking mechanism ensures that the configurations are stable. This allows the standing desk setup to be flexibly expanded for different group sizes.

Crucial details

At their intersection, the frame parts connect to form a joint that accommodates the table foot or a caster. The feet come with felt or plastic gliders, tailored to the specific flooring type. The casters are suitable for both soft and hard floors. For the medium and tall TriUnion, they have a diameter of 125 millimeters and are also available with chrome covers; the smaller TriUnion has casters with a diameter of 65 millimeters.
